To do that effectively, use all of the Futuramo apps for project management: Futuramo Tasks, Futuramo Visual Tickets and Futuramo Time Tracker. To make your job easier, we have introduced a feature that <strong>aggregates all the important information <\/strong>about particular projects in one place, where everything is visible at a glance <i>\u2014<\/i> in <strong>Project Progress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Project Progress is conveniently located in your Futuramo Projects app, a place where you keep and manage all your company-wide projects.<\/p>\n<p><em>Watch the short 50-second video that explains the Project Progress&#8217; major features.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZHa7FpnAhYQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stages-and-boards\" class=\"post-component\">Stages and boards<\/h2>\n<p>In Project Progress, all your projects are divided into <strong>stages <i>\u2014<\/i><\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0feature that lets you\u00a0establish\u00a0<strong>project phases<\/strong> from start to finish. To get started, <strong>first set up your project stages<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"post-component text\">Open the Futuramo Projects app.<\/li>\n<li class=\"post-component text\">Go to the\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong> section (left Menu).<\/li>\n<li class=\"post-component text\">Click <strong>+ NEW STAGE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"post-component text\">Name the stages of your projects and select colors to make them visually stand out.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2398 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/futuramo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/project-progress-stages.png\" alt=\"project progress stages\" width=\"1207\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/futuramo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/project-progress-stages.png 1207w, https:\/\/futuramo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/project-progress-stages-768x382.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1207px) 100vw, 1207px\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"author\" class=\"post-component text\"><strong>Progress for every stage is illustrated on the boards proportionally to the amount of the task completed<\/strong>\u00a0(from the Futuramo Tasks app) assigned within a particular project. Let&#8217;s say, when your team has completed 7 tasks out of 10 assigned to a certain stage, 70% of the board will be filled. The progress will be visible at a glance. That allows you to skip check-in meetings and calls. You know exactly how your team is doing without asking.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"project-progress\" class=\"post-component\">Project Progress<\/h2>\n<p>In the <strong>Project Progress section<\/strong> you will find every project managed in your\u00a0Organization. At first, you can see the <strong>Priority<\/strong>, <strong>Project Name<\/strong>, and <strong>Project Manager<\/strong>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Here, the Project Manager is a team member who is responsible for delivering the project and managing all the stages. You can compare the estimate to the time records\u00a0from\u00a0Futuramo Time Tracker\u00a0for particular projects. You can easily monitor your team\u2019s performance and react when you see delays.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post-component text\">The <strong>Tickets<\/strong> column informs you how many tickets were assigned to the projects. It\u2019s an additional information about project complexity (as we can assume the more complicated project, the more bugs and change requests may occur) and quality of your team\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"post-component text\">The <strong>Client<\/strong> and <strong>Description<\/strong> columns give you a full information about projects without additional checking.<\/p>\n<p id=\"author\" class=\"post-component text\"><strong>Project Progress<\/strong> is the most helpful feature to follow and to manage your projects within the Futuramo Platform. Treat it as a live activity stream and monitor all processes in a background when working on different tasks.
