Learn the basics\u00a0of using Futuramo<\/strong>. Organize your account and create an online workplace where you can collaborate with colleagues, manage workflows and get the most of your working hours.<\/p>\n

Creating an Organization<\/strong><\/h2>\n

After signing up, you get an Organization. It’s a centerpiece of your account. Here you can purchase more licenses, invite members to join your workspace, assign user roles and manage how your team works.<\/p>\n

Name your Organization<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Your Organization has been named automatically and uses the name you have used in the registration form. You can change the Organization name anytime in the Organization’s profile.<\/p>\n

  1. Choose ORGANIZATION<\/strong> on the Main\u00a0Menu (on the left side).<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the EDIT<\/strong> button on the Toolbar.<\/li>\n
  3. Now you can update your Organization’s profile, including its name.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the SAVE<\/strong> button on the Toolbar when you’re done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Set up Organization’s avatar<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    In the Organization’s profile you can also add a logo or an avatar of your Organization. Just click\u00a0ADD PHOTO<\/strong> and upload your image. Don’t forget to click on the\u00a0SAVE<\/strong> button on the Toolbar.<\/p>\n

    Inviting members to your Organization<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Futuramo Platform was designed with teams in mind. Make sure that every team member and business partner you work with\u00a0joins your Organization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Invite your teammates now<\/a> or use the steps below:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Go to the USERS & LICENSES<\/strong> section on the Main\u00a0Menu (on the left side).<\/li>\n
    2. Click on INVITE USERS<\/strong> and type in email addresses of colleagues you want to have in your Organization.<\/li>\n
    3. Confirm by clicking SEND INVITATIONS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Start from inviting 2 more colleagues<\/strong>\u00a0as they will get\u00a0free access<\/strong> to all the collaboration apps. You can start working on common projects right way.<\/p>\n

      \"\"<\/p>\n

      Getting more licenses<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Futuramo gives a free access<\/strong> to all the collaboration apps (Tasks, Visual Tickets, Time Tracker) for you and 2 more users<\/strong>. If\u00a0you decide that more members of your Organization should use Futuramo apps, you can easily buy more licenses.<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Click \"\"\u00a0button on the Taskbar or go straight to the pricing page<\/a>.<\/li>\n
      2. Choose the app, select time period and the number of licenses. Then click GO TO STORE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Confirm your order or make needed changes and go further by CONTINUE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. Fill in your data and click CONTINUE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      5. Double-check order summary and click CONTINUE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      6. Choose a payment method and finish a transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Now you can assign licenses to your teammates.<\/p>\n

        Assigning licenses<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        The first 2 invited members get all the Futuramo apps automatically assigned to them. If you purchased more licenses, you need to\u00a0assign them to appropriate users<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        1. Go to the USERS & LICENSES<\/strong> section\u00a0on the Main\u00a0Menu (on the left side).<\/li>\n
        2. Click on a chosen member\u00a0of your Organization.<\/li>\n
        3. Click\u00a0the EDIT<\/strong> button on the Toolbar.<\/li>\n
        4. Select ASSIGN LICENSE<\/strong> on the Toolbar. A slide out panel with purchased licenses will roll up.<\/li>\n
        5. Click on the licenses you want to assign to given member.<\/li>\n
        6. Click SAVE<\/strong> or SAVE & CLOSE<\/strong> on the Toolbar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Now your teammates can use the apps the licenses you have assigned to them.<\/p>\n

          Managing user roles<\/strong><\/h2>\n

          The best way to give a team member access to a specific project is to assign him\/her a user role.\u00a0<\/strong>You can choose from User, Project Manager, Finances Manager, Moderator, Admin, and Guest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          1. Go to the USERS & LICENSES<\/strong> section\u00a0on the Main\u00a0Menu (on the left side).<\/li>\n
          2. From the list of your Organization’s members choose a person whose role you want to change and click on the name.<\/li>\n
          3. Click the EDIT<\/strong> button on the Toolbar.<\/li>\n
          4. Click on your Organization listed among licenses and permissions your colleague owns.<\/li>\n
          5. Panel with roles will appear on the right side.<\/li>\n
          6. Choose one from the list.<\/li>\n
          7. Click SAVE<\/strong> or SAVE & CLOSE<\/strong> on the Toolbar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            By assigning roles you decide at the user level what a single user can do or see across all the apps. Read more<\/a> about user roles and permission.<\/p>\n

            Creating clients and projects<\/strong><\/h2>\n

            Teams that collaborate using Futuramo create multiple projects and clients (if the project is for a client). Projects are paramount to manage work successfully across all apps.<\/p>\n

            Steps to create a project:<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Go to the Projects app<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            2. Click on +NEW PROJECT<\/strong> on the Toolbar.<\/li>\n
            3. Name your project.<\/li>\n
            4. Choose\u00a0Add new client<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n
            5. Enter a client name.<\/li>\n
            6. You can add a description.<\/li>\n
            7. Select status for the project.<\/li>\n
            8. Click SAVE<\/strong> or SAVE & CLOSE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Once created projects and clients are available across all the apps.<\/p>\n

              Assigning users to projects<\/strong><\/h2>\n

              After you have created a project, assigning users is simple.<\/p>\n

              1. Go to the Projects app<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              2. Open a chosen project.<\/li>\n
              3. Go to the ASSIGNED USERS<\/strong> section (under the project name).<\/li>\n
              4. Click on the EDIT<\/strong> button on the Toolbar.<\/li>\n
              5. Click ASSIGN USER<\/strong> on the Toolbar. A slide out panel with members of your Organization will roll up.<\/li>\n
              6. Choose ASSIGN ALL<\/strong> or add colleagues one by one.<\/li>\n
              7. Click SAVE<\/strong> or SAVE & CLOSE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Now your account and your Organization are ready to work. Go to the Futuramo Tasks, Futuramo Visual Tickets, and Futuramo Time Tracker and collaborate with your team.<\/strong><\/p>\n
