You can assign the ticket to a Client and Project and then assign it to a colleague\u00a0who will be responsible for fixing it. You can also define status, priority, type, estimated time, and due date.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>SAVE\u00a0<\/strong>or <strong>SAVE &amp; CLOSE\u00a0<\/strong>and your ticket will be saved and sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"analyze-your-teams-performance\" class=\"header-component\"><strong>Analyze your team&#8217;s performance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"post-component text\">See the statistics\u00a0of all the created tickets to better understand your team&#8217;s performance. Such insights may help you with better task management and work planning. Notice strengths and weaknesses of your team and single team members. All these takeaways will influence your future projects.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the <strong>STATISTICS<\/strong> section on the Main\u00a0Menu (on the left side).<\/li>\n<li>Decide how your data will be presented. You can choose\u00a0<strong>Doughnut Chart<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Area Chart\u00a0<\/strong>by clicking on their icons (<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2457 gr-progress\" src=\"https:\/\/futuramo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/charty.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"34\" height=\"25\" \/>) in the upper right corner.<\/li>\n<li>See the overview of <strong>all the tickets<\/strong> created in your Organization. It can be a lot of data, so if you need to narrow it down, use <strong>Filters Panel <\/strong>(the<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>left side of the app window). Here you can define data range using a few categories:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ASSIGNED TO <\/strong>(when you want to check statistics of tickets assigned to chosen members of your Organization).<\/li>\n<li><strong>OWNER\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>(when you&#8217;re interested in statistics of tickets created by given colleagues).<\/li>\n<li><strong>CLIENTS AND PROJECTS\u00a0<\/strong>(to look at tickets assigned to particular clients and projects).<\/li>\n<li><strong>STATUS\u00a0<\/strong>(to filter out tickets accordingly to their progress).<\/li>\n<li><strong>PRIORITY\u00a0<\/strong>(when you need to compare tickets at the same priority level).<\/li>\n<li><strong>TYPE\u00a0<\/strong>(to analyze tickets execution due to their type eg. <em>change request, bug, feature request<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>ESTIMATED TIME\u00a0<\/strong>(to filter out tickets estimated similarly).<\/li>\n<li><strong>UPDATE\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>CREATED <\/strong>(when you&#8217;re searching for tickets updated or created in given time period).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now you know how to create <strong>visual tickets<\/strong>.
