Since the Futuramo collaboration apps \u2014 Tasks, Visual Tickets and Time Tracker \u2014 are free for up to 3 users, you have a pretty good reason to start inviting your friends, colleagues, team members or clients to Futuramo.<\/em><\/p>\n

Getting started<\/h2>\n

As soon as you\u2019ve signed up for your Futuramo account, you\u2019ll want to invite your team members to join your Organization.<\/p>\n

As an Owner of your Organization, you can invite new members, assign them roles and licenses. Great news, Tasks, Visual Tickets and Time Tracker are free for up to 3 users so you can distribute free licenses and start working with your team of 3 for free.<\/p>\n

Inviting users to your Organization<\/h2>\n

To invite new members:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Sign in to Futuramo.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter your Organization by clicking your Organization\u2019s logo (left on the Taskbar).<\/li>\n
  3. Click the USERS & LICENSES<\/strong>\u00a0section from the left Menu.<\/li>\n
  4. Click INVITE USERS<\/strong> tab located in the Toolbar on the upper side of the app.<\/li>\n
  5. A slide out panel will appear on the right side. Type in your teammate’s email and click + button<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Click SEND INVITATIONS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Done!<\/p>\n

    Quick tip<\/strong>: There’s a shortcut to the USERS & LICENSES<\/strong>\u00a0section in the Taskbar menu button.<\/p>\n

    The invited users will receive an email notification with the name of your Organization. They must first accept your invite before they will be assigned free licenses and be able to use the Futuramo apps for free. Until they have accepted, they will appear in the Users section in your Organization as NOT REGISTERED (the ROLE IN ORG column). Their status will change as soon as they accept the invitation.<\/p>\n
