Vegan icons — a new trend on the market
Veganism is a rapidly growing food trend. Together with the increasing number of vegans, increases the number of vegan food-related apps, online stores selling vegan products, blogs and books on vegan diets — food producers and app developers are doing their best to win the hearts of the vegan consumers.
Needless to say, the vegan “mylk” icons appeared to be a hot product on the icon market. According to Google Trends there was a 31% increase in ‘vegan’ searches in 2016 as compared to 2015, and 40% in 2017 compared to 2016.
